Highways
WEC is the UK’s leading supplier of Highways CCTV structures and we have supplied specialist CCTV Poles for most of the UK’s Motorways, including most new Smart Motorways. This includes trolley head masts, tilt over radar masts, gantry mounts, and cantilever masts which straddle the highway and mount ANPR and CCTV cameras, to name but a few.
We work closely with Highways England and are accredited to supply motorway structures in accordance with the National Highway Sector Scheme 6. This involves the design, manufacture and installation of structures including traffic signals and camera systems. WEC CCTV has also recently successfully passed the audit for the National Highway Sector Scheme 19A accreditation for painting processes (workshop, industrial coating applications, abrasive blast cleaning and paint spraying) making us the partner of choice for all Highways security requirements.
